A Suffolk man will face trial in August on charges that he sexually abused a 7-year-old boy several years ago. Twenty-year-old Kenneth James Duncan is charged with 14 counts, including aggravated sexual battery, sodomy and possession of child pornography. He appeared Thursday in Suffolk Circuit Court. He was arrested last summer and has been held at Western Tidewater Regional Jail without bond since then.
