BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- All charges are dismissed against a former Vestavia Hills pastor accused of molesting a 15-year-old girl. In December of last year, 44-year-old Richard Drew Baker was charged with sexual abuse and sodomy of a teenage relative. Yesterday, both the prosecution and defense filed motion to dismiss the indictment against Baker.
