Police charged a Daytona Beach man in January with sexual battery of the same minor girl involved in a sexual misconduct case against Volusia County Council chairman candidate Larry Stephens. Sonja Wiles, spokeswoman for the Daytona Beach Police Department, said Fletcher Lewis, 45, is charged with sexual violations involving the same girl in Stephens' case.
