With help from a surveillance camera, police have arrested a 16-year-old boy on charges of kidnapping and sodomizing a 13-year-old boy earlier this month in woods behind the Elk's Lodge on Klondike Lane. The teen, who has not been identified because he is a juvenile, also has been charged in a similar attack in February 2003 on a 12-year-old boy in a Buechel park, said Detective Jerry Huckleberry of the Crimes Against Children Unit of Louisville Metro Police
