A 28-year-old Marshfield woman recently was charged with five felonies after allegedly having sexual intercourse with what a Webster County Sheriff's Department deputy called a "mildly retarded" 15-year-old male. Ann M. Zinni has been charged with two statutory rape in the second degree counts, which are Class C felonies, as well as three statutory sodomy in the first degree charges, which are Class A felonies.
