A man accused of more than two dozen sex crimes against juveniles pleaded guilty Tuesday as part of an agreement with prosecutors that could reduce his prison sentence. Charles B. Rector, 60, admitted to 17 counts of sodomy and five counts of distribution of obscene material to a minor before Hardin Circuit Judge Kelly Mark Easton. Police said Rector had paid boys aged 13 to 15 for sex acts over a two-year period. The amounts ranged from $50 to $200.
