IDAHO FALLS, Idaho -- Charged with sex abuse, program director Brad Stowell eventually pleaded guilty to molesting two boys. A district judge sentenced Stowell to 150 days and put him on probation for 15 years. Stowell has refused to comment, other than to say the case's publicity is unfair and that he is sorry. According to other court records, Stowell testified under oath that from 1988 to 1997 he molested at least 24 boys, many of them Scout campers. Another victim was 6 years old.
