Virginia House Passes Sodomite Benefits
The General Assembly has passed legislation that would allow private companies in Virginia to offer health insurance to employees' domestic partners. The bill -- sponsored by Fairfax Senator Janet Howell -- passed the House of Delegates Thursday by one vote. It passed the Senate earlier this month.
