Army to conduct new hearing for Lynndie England

FORT HOOD -- Pfc. Lynndie England may have had her one chance for a plea deal on charges arising from the Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse scandal. Three weeks after a judge threw out her guilty plea to seven abuse-related counts, England faces an Article 32 hearing here today that could reinstate the charges and put her on track for trial.

New legal team to represent Lynndie England
FORT HOOD, Texas -- Pfc. Lynndie England, once called the "poster child" of Abu Ghraib, will have a different legal team Tuesday when the Army restarts its last remaining court-martial case in the prison abuse scandal.
