Soldier Faces Child Pornography Charge

FREDERICTON -- A soldier at Canadian Forces Base Gagetown is accused of using a military computer to access child pornography sites on the internet. Master Cpl. Steven Charles Winstanley was charged under the National Defence Act with violating the Criminal Code of Canada. His case will be heard by a military court martial.
