WASHINGTON -- Pornographic Web sites may soon have a new address. The Internet's primary oversight body has approved a plan that will let sites use new addresses that end in XXX. The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers said it will begin negotiations with ICM Registry to iron out the technical issues for the new Web addresses.
