'Gay' Gets Three Life Sentences

TOCCOA, GA -- A Stephens County 'gay' has been handed three life sentences and an additional 60 years in prison, all without parole, for child molestation and other counts. Stephens County Assistant D.A. Rick Bridgeman says 53-year-old Robert Pearl Bryson had a history of child molestation, rape and manslaughter convictions going back 30 years, but had never served more than 4 years in prison. He moved to Stephens County in 2003, then befriended and molested two young boys. Aside from Child Molestation, other charges against Bryson include Aggravated Sodomy, Aggravated Child Molestation, and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
