ABOMINATION ALASKA: State Supreme Court Says Sex Criminals Have Special Rights to State Benefits
ANCHORAGE -- The Alaska Supreme Court on Friday ruled it was unconstitutional to not provide benefits to the same-sex partners of public employees, overturning a lower court's ruling. "Essentially all opposite-sex adult couples may marry and thus become eligible for these benefits," the high court said in its 29-page ruling. "But no same-sex couple can ever become eligible for these benefits because same-sex couples may not marry in Alaska. The spousal limitations in the benefits programs therefore affect public employees with same-sex domestic partners differently than public employees who are married. "We conclude that the public employers' spousal limitations violate the Alaska Constitution's equal protection clause," the ruling says. Nine gay or lesbian government workers and their partners in 2002 joined the Alaska Civil Liberties Union in appealing a ruling in a 1999 lawsuit filed against the state and the Municipality of Anchorage after voters passed a constitutional amendment blocking state recognition of gay marriage.
Governor “outraged” By Court’s
Ruling On Sodomite Benefits
Governor Frank Murkowski didn't make a public appearance Friday but he did issue a press release saying he was “outraged by the state Supreme Court's decision.” Now the governor said he would like to get an amendment passed by the state Legislature prohibiting state workers from getting state benefits for same-sex partners. State Sen. Fred Dyson of Eagle River agrees with the governor and backs the amendment.
Sodomy Is A Crime
Presidents, governors, lawmakers, judges and city officials are not only anti-Christian by approving of sodomy, they make the civil government a vile cesspool from which the abominations vomit out across the land. By displaying such a contempt for the administration of Justice, such civil officials are not only the source of the defilement (Lev.18:24-25), they are the criminals (Rom.1:32), and a hostile enemy authorizing the destruction of the society in which we live (2Pet.2:6; Jude 7).
