Police Name Suspect In Girl's Rape
Smyrna police on Sunday released the name and a photograph of the man they believe abducted and sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl, and a police spokesman said catching him is the department's "priority one." "We've had our entire detective division working almost around the clock all weekend on this," Sgt. Robert Harvey said. Police described as a "strong suspect" a 34-year-old man, Antonio Reyes, who also goes by Vicente Antonio Reyes. He is Hispanic and has a medium build, black hair, a mustache and a goatee, they said. Police also released a driver's license photo of Reyes in hopes someone might recognize him.
