School Board President Charged With Molesting Two Teenage Girls
JAY, Okla. -- A Delaware County school board president has posted bond and is awaiting arraignment on six felony counts, including rape, molestation and sodomy, according to the county district attorney’s office. Tommy Hoover, 59, was arrested by special agents with the district attorney’s office. He posted $100,000 bond and was released Wednesday from the Delaware County Jail. Hoover serves as the president of the Cleora School Board. Hoover is charged with two counts each of rape by instrumentation and forcible oral sodomy, as well as one count each of second-degree rape and lewd molestation. The charges stem from multiple allegations made by two teenage girls.
