Ex-Teacher Arrested Again
A former DeKalb High School teacher convicted last year for having an improper relationship with a student was arrested again late Saturday, accused of inappropriate contact with another girl he once coached. Scott R. Coffing, 34, of Rochester, was arrested at his home Saturday by Indiana State Police after the mother of a 16-year-old girl told officers he had been contacting her daughter through the Internet, state police Detective Mark Heffelfinger said.
