Sex Offender,59 Arrested for Raping Man, 34
AVILA BEACH -- A Pismo Beach man is accused of sexually assaulting another man near Pirate's Cove. San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's deputies say the suspect returned to the scene of the crime, a place where deputies say is known for its unlawful sexual rendezvous. The area is located near Pirate's Cove, off Cave Landing Drive in Avila Beach. San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's deputies arrested 59-year-old Ronald John Tomasini Thursday after receiving a report that a 34-year-old Santa Maria man had been raped near Pirates Cove in Avila Beach.
