Department of Human Services Worker Charged With Sex Crimes
McALESTER -- A former Department of Human Services worker Rocky Wade Johnson, 26, was charged Thursday with three counts of rape by instrumentation, three counts of oral sodomy and two counts of sexual battery. Investigators say the victims were teenage girls involved in the Department of Human Services' independent living program.
