Homosexual Music Teacher Chad Stoffel Faces Prison Time
A former music teacher at Summit Christian School who had struck a deal with the state to serve probation for having sex with underage males has pleaded guilty and now faces substantial prison time. At his sentencing in January, Chad Stoffel, 33, will ask a judge to depart from state sentencing guidelines, which call for Stoffel to receive between seven and 30 years behind bars, and give him probation, according to defense attorney Jeffrey Welt of Hollywood.
