Two Teen Men Admit To Sexually Abusing Aloha Girl, 12
Ramiro Pineda-Vargas, 18, was accused of first-degree sex abuse and second-degree sodomy. Francisco Lopez-Mendez, 19, was accused of first-degree sex abuse, second-degree rape and unlawful penetration with a foreign object. Sgt. David Thompson, spokesman for the Washington County Sheriff's Office, said both men befriended the girl before making sexual contact. Both men pleaded guilty in Washington County Court. On Dec. 8 Lopez-Mendez pleaded guilty to second-degree rape and on Dec. 10 Pineda-Vargas pleaded guilty to first-degree attempted sex abuse and second-degree attempted sodomy, said Dan Hesson, a deputy district attorney.Click Here For The Full Story......
