Teachers Plead Guilty To Soliciting Prostitutes
The former band and chorus directors at a Fayette County high school pleaded guilty Tuesday to soliciting two prostitutes through Craigslist. Douglas Dee, the former band director at Whitewater High, and former chorus teacher Kelly Butler pleaded guilty to pandering in DeKalb County State Court. Judge J. Antonio DelCampo gave each defendant one year of probation and a $1,000 fine. But DelCampo suspended their 48-hour jail sentences. According to Solicitor General Robert James, the teachers contacted an advertiser on Craiglist, then drove to the W Atlanta hotel in Dunwoody and offered $200 to two women who turned out to be undercover DeKalb police officers.Click Here For The Full Story......
