Lawsuit Against Killer Priest Is Dismissed
TOLEDO -- A judge in northern Ohio has tossed out a lawsuit against a priest who was convicted of killing a nun. The lawsuit was brought by a woman who says she was sexually abused by the priest from Toledo and was unrelated to the case that put him in prison. In throwing out the lawsuit against the Rev. Gerald Robinson, the judge said this week that the claims are too old to be brought to court.
