Foster Dad, Teacher Sentenced For Homosex Abuse
A man has been sentenced to prison for molesting a teen he was supposed to be helping, according to court documents. Fifty-year-old Pen Dwaine Standifer of Crystal was a special education teacher at North View Junior High in Brooklyn Park and a foster father. In December 2008, a 15-year-old boy Standifer was looking after told police his foster father had smoked marijuana with and sexually abused him.Click Here For The Full Story......
